SHIPPING + HANDLING + LOCAL PICK UP

• All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.

• Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

• All orders are shipped within 2-3 days from when the orders are received Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm PST. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship after they are received.

• We primarily use USPS to deliver our orders. In special cases, UPS & FedEx are available for large orders or items that must be expedited. A 5% additional fee will be added to your order for special shipping requests.

• BLKPINEWORKSHOP.com will send you a tracking # as provided by the shipping carrier, as your order ships. Please note that orders using 1st Class International USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Please allow at least 12 hours for the USPS website to update before seeking tracking reports.

• Once an order ships from BLKPINEWORKSHOP.com, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the USPS tracking number you are provided with as a parcel ships.

• The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to stop the ordering process.

• Local Pick Up is available for orders in the Seattle area at the DaDaDa Gallery.
